Service Categories
Our offerings are divided into three main categories: Services, Info Products, and Goods. Each category has specific terms regarding refunds and transfers which are outlined below.
1. Services
Services include consultations, legal aid sessions, workshops, and other expert-driven engagements.
Refund Policy: Refunds for services are available only if the service has not commenced or if there is a documented failure on our part to deliver the agreed service. Requests must be submitted through our contact form within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Service Transfer: Services can be transferred to another party upon prior written agreement. The transfer request must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled service date.
No Refund Clause: Certain tailored legal service products, such as personalized contracts or legal opinion letters, are non-refundable due to the nature of their customized preparation and delivery. This is to protect the proprietary expertise and time invested by our legal professionals.
2. Info Products
Info products include eBooks, legal templates, training videos, and other downloadable materials.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of info products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. Refund requests for unwitting purchases can be submitted within 24 hours through our contact form. Approved refunds in such cases will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
No Transfer: Info products are licensed per user and are non-transferrable to third parties.
3. Goods
Goods include physical products such as branded materials and printed legal guides.
Refund Policy: Returns for goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form to receive return shipping instructions.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods. The refund will be made using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Service Transfer: Not applicable to goods.
General Terms
By using the IusPorta portal, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
